Can you believe how quickly the summer seems to be flying by? Here in the Pacific Northwest we had kind of a strange week with lots of overcast skies, humidity but not much rain. Hopefully the skies will clear and we will be back to sunshine. At least the temperatures are comfortable!
This past week on the blog was a bit different!
Monday: I reviewed the summer thriller Gone Girl by Gillian Flynn. This is definitely one of my favorite reads of the summer. It is a dark book with lots of twists and turns! If you are a fan of thrillers you should read this one.
Tuesday: On Tell Me Something Tuesday I posted my thoughts on big house publishers vs. indie and self publishing. This is a touchy topic, but I was pleased to see the responses by all you bloggers, and it seems we are all on the same page. Check it out and add your two cents.
Wednesday: I shared an excerpt from Courtney Cole's Dante's Girl.
Thursday: I featured a guest post and guest reviewer. I had Joan Holub author of The Goddess Girls Series and Katertot from A Belle's Tales. It made for a fun post and I also have a giveaway see it here!
Friday: Another fantastic book forecast and the announcement for the Darynda Jones Read Along. I would love to have you join in the fun! There are some fantastic prizes as well.
